Bond screw placement

Good morning All, just want to verify the bond screw placement,when the ground is terminated in the meter socket the bond screw should be placed through the neutral block in the panel with the service disconnect,ground bar could then be installed for the bond wires.

Yes although a separate ground bus is not required in the service panel. The EGC's and the neutrals can all be terminated on the neutral bus.
