This building is fed with 480 and in a few areas there are transformer installed to drop in down to 208/120. I know that the secondary side of the transformer needs to be grounded to a grounding electrode and a main bonding jumper installed. If you allready have an equipment ground ran from the 480v service do you need to do any bonding to a water pipe and building steal if this is done at the main 480v service.

There is a new code section that also will not allow it:

250.121 Use of Equipment Grounding Conductors. An
equipment grounding conductor shall not be used as a
grounding electrode conductor.
