If I am required to bond my neutral to my grounding electrode at the meter, is it proper to insulate the neutral bus in the main panel as one would for sub panels, or are the circuitry neutrals and equipment grounds required to terminate at the same bus in the main panel?

Key words: floating neutral, isolated neutral
