Sorry I just couldn't resist - ignore my last response. In terms of equipment grounding/bonding a transformer is just another piece of equipment. Whether a bonding bushing is required would depend on the voltage, if it has concentric knockouts, and if the knockouts are listed for grounding. In short I would say combine the first to responses to "maybe, probably no"

I agree with probably not. If you're punching your own KO's then no.

Yes, probably not is true, but we have no information about the installation. For all we know it may be a pad mount transformer.
