I am having difficulty understanding the definition of the conductor serving the intersystem bonding termination. For example, on a new building with an established grounding electrode system and utilizing a common busbar as described in 250.64(F)(3). If a wire type connection was made from said busbar to the intersystem bonding termination point, what would that conductor be defined as, and does it need to conform to the installation guidelines outlined in 250.64? Electrically parallel path, not exposed too physical damage, etc.

Thanks!
