Bonding for underground vault

a two hole terminal crimp lug, bolted to the door, using corrosion paste?
i believe a meshed grounding wire of proper size can be used, better for flexing as that door opens and closes.

I would recommend either a flexible strap, or a more flexible conductor, like welding cable. The wire connection may not hold up to repeated opening and closing of the lid.

Over here we get nailed for not using a DB rated or some sort of otherwise corrosion resistant lug outdoors. That said, I've never grounded a vault lid either though....:ashamed1:

I agree with Tony on this. What is the utility supply if the short circuit current is not known?
