The 4 square by 1' 1/2" 1900 jboxs on my job have a bonding screw installed in each box. Just because its there when Ive been making up my taps Ive been using it to bond each box. Is this necessary by code? Each box is bonded already by the conduit attached to it with the conduit being attached to the panels which are bonded by the EGC.... you know the drill.... just wondering here. Thanks

They come that way? Never seen it, but I guess it can be spec'ed.

Using what conductor, exactly?

As mentioned, if the conductors the EGC's serve have splices, you should bond the boxes.

Just a reminder: while attaching an EGC to a device may be optional, bonding the box isn't.
