Bonding jumper across LFMC conduit

Construction put a short 2’ section of 2” LFMC between a straight run of Rigid galvanized steel conduit and a 90 RGS degree fitting - not a listed LFMC fitting.
Does the 2” LFMC require a bonding jumper tied to the RGS fitting and straight piece?
