bonding jumper in transfer switch

if my relocated GEC is landed on the transfer switch ground bar, and my neutral bar has a bond strap to the transfer switch cabinet, do I need a bonding jumper between the neutral bar and the ground bar? Is it ok for the cabinet to be used as the bonding jumper?
 
No, It's okay for equipment grounding bar not the neutral . Not sure where the code section is. But seems like I read it at least once.
