Bonding jumper

Would it be a violation to run a bonding jumper from one neutral bar to the other neutral bar to bond each service neutral in the panel I changed the panel in the picture on the left the grounding retro conducted terminates on the neutral ball inside the panel on the right and I have to bond each service neutral I was thinking about running a jumper from panel to panel.

They allow us here to mount a external copper bus bar to terminate the grounding electrical conductor on it and then from said bus bar run jumpers to each panel usually we use a copper log with a nut and bolt I would assume running a jumper from neutral bar to neutral bar is basically the same thing

All you really need to do is bond the neutral bus to the chassis. Most panels have a copper strap or a green screw to accomplish this. You could also bolt a lug to the chassis and then install a properly sized copper jumper.

You DO want the GEC to be connected to both panels. Any GEC taps must be made with an irreversible connection such as exothermic welding or crimp ferrules.

Taps to the GEC can be made with split bolts as long as the GEC is not spliced.

AS to your grounding electrode conductor to multiple panles, you need to look at 250.64(D) for the various options. For the purpose of providing a grounding electrode for each, your plan is not one of the approved methods.
