Bonding of Rigid steel metal conduit.

We have a burried cable coming above ground through a rigid steel metal conduit.The cable will be terminated in a push button in an existing switch rack. Do we need to bond the rigid steel metal conduit at both sides to grounding.

Just use bonding bushings.

Will the RMC terminate in a grounded enclosure? If so it's possible that nothing further would be required.

More precisely, will the RMC terminate to a grounded enclosure? The difference is significant in that many stub ups terminate in an open-bottom enclosure without actually terminating to the enclosure. Those type of stub ups need bonding.
