Because of differences of oppinions I need some feed back. A transformer on the 2 level is feed from a disconect from the basement /electrical room. The cable feeding the primary is going through a 2 inch EMT riser. That EMT was bonded with a #3 ground. There are 2 more EMT risers( also 2 inch each) next to the 1st riser. These 2 additional risers have cables running through them from a main panel to subpanels on different floors. I do not believe these last 2 risers need to be bonded as it is not part of the service and it is only for protection only and to make it look better.
