Do I need to install the green bonding screw in a 50 amp, 240 GFCI breaker box for a spa located outside?

Thanks to all who reply!

No. keep neutral and ground paths separate all the way to the main panel where they must be bonded together, but no other place.

I personally do not see how we can effectively answer your question, we do not have all the facts needed.
For starters: is there a neutral conductor at the disco
I would hope there is a grounding conductor.
which of these is attached to the bar you are asking about.

It depends, as you see, on whether there is a neutral and a place to land it. A real spa disconnect will contain both an isolated neutral bus and a bonded EGC bus.

An A/C disconnect won't have a neutral bus. The enclosure should always be bonded to the EGC, and a separate neutral should never be bonded to the enclosure.
