hello can u help me with my understanding the meanings of :
gorunding wedge, bonding bushing, grounding locknuts , meyers hub and especially "ringed knockout", these terms are very strange to me,

"ringed knockout",

I think that they mean concentric or eccentric knockouts. It appears that you are looking at bonding fittings. Look at section 250.97 Exception. Robs pictures are better than words.

by the way i cant solve what does knockout mean? google says nothing

Look at the photo in post #6. It's the 3 sets of pre-punched holes at the bottom of the box. Instead of drilling or machine punching the "KO" you just knock it out with your screw driver and pliers.
