Bonding to A/C disconnect

If a CATV or Satellite system's ground wire is attached to an A/C disconnect enclosure via a grounding clamp or lug on a SF home, is this considered a proper bond to the grounding electrode system?

Take a look at 810.21(F) for where the grounding conductor for a satellite system is to be connected.

Take a look at 820.100 (B)(1) for CATV systems.

You will see that neither section will allow the grounding conductor to be connected to the A/C disconnect unless the A/C disconnect is part of the service equipment.
