The way I'm reading 250.68(C)2 is if your using a concrete encased electrode that is in contact with bolts or structure members, then a separate building bond is not required. The POCO is asking for electrode (CEE is already done), steel building bond, and gas bond. I'm going to do all 3 because it's super easy but I was more curious what the standard is for you all bonding steel buildings.
