If you have a delta wye service transformer with a neutral resister to prevent tripping off in the event of a ground fault.
If you then have a ground fault to a switchboard case say, and you touch the case, how is it that you would not be toast.
Is it because the path to the source is always via the resistor (even if it goes through earth first). Is it that the combined resistance of a person combined with the neutral resistor would always result in a very low current. i.e. A current below any thresholds that we have to worry about?
