I have an old Bosch chopping gun Model #0611 291 134 that I'm trying to find bits for. My last chopping bit broke and I haven't' been able to find a replacement. I even went to a tool supplier and they didn't have any either. Part of the problem is that no one seems to know what type of bit this is. Modern bits are SDS, SDS-Max, Spline, Etc. This gun uses a 3/4" hex shank bit with a machined round end and a flat groove for the bit holder. Here's a photo of the last bit that I have.

Thanks. It seems that these are called Spline/Round Shank Hex bits. Once I figured that out I was able to find them on Zoro for $15 each so I ordered two

Same bits I have. I have a Milwaukee spline bit rotary hammer and it takes those same bits. Its old and I bought it on E-bay years ago its pretty beat. I used it to often for driving ground rods with no adapter and I think that killed it. Motor runs but it broke something inside. probably could fix it but parts are not available for the old drill.

I was looking for spline bits for it 10 years ago in HD and all they had was SDS stuff.

The HD 'tool expert" told me they didn't make spline stuff anymore LOL
