Bottom fed 200 amp subpanel

Is it code to mount a underground fed interior 200 amp CH panel with the mains at the bottom of the panel. This will be a subpanel.

Yes it is compliant as long as the main breaker operates side to side and not up and down. However this site is for professionals so I am going to close this thread.
