I will have two sets of 500 KCMill AL with 2/0 AL ground stabiloy MC Cable entering into the back of a junction Box. Out of the bottom of the junction box I’ll have 2 3” EMT conduits piped down about 10 feet into the top of my panel. With the same wire configuration, except THHN. What would be the correct size Junction box I need to make those connections length, width, and depth right now I came up with a 24 x 24 x 6“ junction box

Sorry there 4 500’s and 1 2/0 AL in each conduit
3" conduit per the fill allowance. each side will need to be 6x the diameter or 18", but you also need a minimum of 18" (6x) between the entering and exiting conduits containing the same wire. per 314.28(2). Deflection for the conduit entering the back is per 312.6(A) column 1 so, 6" deep for 500KCMIL
