A friend wants power for an RV pad. RV size is unknown and may change.

I see RV hookups with 50a 240v, 30a 120v, and a 20a 120v receptacles all in one. This appears to cover all the possible cord options an RV might arrive with.

My question is if this gets fed with all those individual circuits or do they make a version with a single feeder?

thanks

I use this Siemens TL 137US Talon and usually try to feed it with a 60-90 amp feeder.
It’s basically a subpanel.

So those empty spaces I see have busbar to accept a main? Do those 2-pole breakers need to be GFCI now?

It’s a Main Lug. No main breaker.
The extra spots are for additional breakers/circuits if needed (if you wanted to feed something else out of this panel- like a yard light or something).

This particular one is SUSE rated. I’ve used it a couple of times that way with proper grounding system but now under 2020 it wouldn’t be allowed since it doesn’t have a main breaker.

Couldn't you feed a breaker and put a hold-down and consider it a main?
