Moot point since there will be no cover due to the length of the toggle screws
a Dremel tool with a cut off wheel will solve that problem.

If it's above the cab I'd put lock nuts or red Loctite on it.

I've used toggles when I had no way to get a wrench or pliers on the nut.
Nobody says you have to use the bolt that comes with the toggle.Moot point since there will be no cover due to the length of the toggle screws

I can snap off 3/16 or 1/4X20 bolts all day long with my pliers. They usually break right at the edge of the nut too.

Well, if we're going to be serious or practical:I can snap off 3/16 or 1/4X20 bolts all day long with my pliers. They usually break right at the edge of the nut too.
A. I wouldn't waste the longer bolts, I'd save them.
B. If I could reach the bolt, I could tighten the nut.
