What is the minimum size branch circuit conductor required for a 10 hp,3-phase,230 volt induction motor using 60 degree C insulation?

1. Find the F.L.C. of the motor per Table 430.150.

2. Find the branch-circuit conductor requirements per 430.22(A).

3. Use Table 310.16 to find conductor size. Use Table 250.122 to find EGC size.
