For circuits 1 & 3:

If MWBC( shared neutrals) are allowed you can drop down 12/3 and then run 12/2 to circuit 1 and 3?

If separate neutrals are required you can drop down an mc cable with 2 neutrals?

Correct. Was pretty certain those were the most practical options but was curious if I was missing/not thinking about something pertaining to either scenario....box fill with the (2) neutrals or any sort of difficulty.

Only negative thing about 12 -2-2 is box fill— but that’s only an issue with me because I’m doing plastic boxes if you’re doing four square no problem
