Branching from a 10/2 A/C recepticle

I am a remodeler doing a sun room and I am one circuit short. Can I power a 50 watt switched spot light from a 230V 30 amp air conditioner recepticle if I use 10/2 wire to the switch and the light?

There should not be any other loads on the AC circuit.
