So , the other breakers aren't experiencing this issue , right ? Just the ones installed in this particular location ? Bad DC supply cable ? Bad connection ? Can you load down the supply circuit and see if it holds up ?

Finally got an opportunity to operate a couple other breakers and they had the same problem. The close circuits are obviously independent from each other (other than being fed from the same 125VDC source), so I'm thinking it must be an issue with charger/batteries. Powell's coming in a couple weeks to troubleshoot it, and I'll certainly let everyone know what the problem is.
