breaker trips after replacing bathroom exhaust switch

My bathroom light fixture has an exhaust fan and a heating fan in the same unit. So the light switch has 3 switches - one each for the light, exhaust and heater. The light switch is in one box and the fan switches (two) are in another box.

I had to replace the fan switch box because the heater switch had broke. After replacement, whenever I flip the switch for the exhaust to the ON position, it immediately trips the breaker. I have double-checked that all wires are connected the way they were including the ground (to the green screw). I can turn on the light and heater fan without issue but as soon as I turn on the exhaust, boom!

FYI - I've done the same replacement before in my other bathroom without issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
