I have a customer panel, Bryant CTL panel board, 200 amp. It has an issue no. A-2174 and another number A00795H01 That's all I have, will it accept tandem breakers? Is there a phone number I can call to see? I realize Bryant was bought out by CH. Thank you.

If the stabs have notches, they are okay to accept standard CTL tandems.

If the stabs don't have notches, they may be okay to accept the more expensive non-CTL tandems that don't have rejection tabs. But you said CTL panel (however you found that out), so that would presumably mean you should not use those, technically. You will never know for sure if the panel was properly listed for those breakers unless you have a panel label that shows where tandems and/or what breaker types allowed. Good luck getting any info out of Eaton using catalog numbers, I tried on a breaker listing question and was told that old Bryant documentation was lost somewhere in the series of acquisitions.
