Would there be any issues feeding a buck booster with a multi-wire circuit? 3 phases and a neutral. I have 208v and need 240v.

Are you needing the neutral after the increase in voltage?
I believe you can use two BB , open delta, to raise the L-L voltage but two legs (1&3)would be higher volt to ground. The third (2) would stay the same.
