How would you effectively ground the complete electrical system to this building under the existing conditions? The building has two separate services located inside the same room. Each service is connected to a separate FPL transformer located outside the room. One service is feeding a 3- phase 400 amp fused disconnect and has no visible ground connection. The second service is 3- phase with two sets of 350 MCM conductors installed in parallel which are spliced inside a wireway to conductors feeding three main disconnects and there is a separate ground wire installed inside each raceway which are attached to the wireway and one can only hope that they are connected to ground inside the FPL transformer
