Augie, can you comment on post #29 please?

To my knowledge, TN did not adopt any change to '08 334.80 but the inspectors do enforce it as written.
I do know of one inspector who mistakenly enforced it as allowing only two NM's, but he quickly caught the error. (He was not in 90.1's zip code)
