buss rating, main breaker

I assume this is a 'code violation.' Ive read this panel with a BUSS rating of 30 amps, but the main breaker is 60 amps. am i missing something here??

Article 408.36 is the article.

408.36 Overcurrent Protection.
In addition to the requirement of 408.30, a panelboard shall be protected by an overcurrent protective device having a rating not greater than that of the panelboard. This overcurrent protective device shall be located within or at any point on the supply side of the panelboard.

What size OCPD on the supply side of the 60a c.b. ? If it is a 30a you are o.k.

if it is a 60a then, of course, it's no good.
