C12 Christmas lights

I saw some LED lights (30 bucks a piece) that are called C12, and have candelabra bases, but I couldn't find any christmas (colored) lights ? (I did see an E12 ?)

Dont know if its the same thing, but E12 is a designation used in Europe for an Edison screw lamp with 12mm diameter screw...
