Ask for a bit of information here and what U get it this !!!!!!

I joined the military prior to testing in KS,1986 "WHY NOT" no work!!!
I should of hung around long enoug to take the test!!!
Even if I did a "J" card from KS. doesn't even reciprocate with CO.
To clarify I am applying for a license by "endorsement" in which I can answer "YES" to their following quections ie;
Is it a state issued license>>>Yes....I have 2ea C-10, Gen Cert
Is it the most recent version of the NEC or the one immediately previous?
"this is what i am waiting for" a letter,my breakdown from PSI.
Is the license current in the state in where the exam was issued>>Yes...Both!
My electrical exp starts 1980
If I need to study and prepare for testing I would prefer masters. Qualifying 3 times for a electrical license is enough isn't it???....
