Cable assembly or conduit

I can not seem to find the refence that feeders to a load side panel are required to be part of a cable assembly or placed in conduit. Had one guy want to run SE with a grounding conductor placed along side of cable with zip ties. Can't find code section to refence violation. Please help and thanks.

Your welcome, Both sections basically say the same thing.

You are right that section 250.134(B) is specific to EGC.
