Cable Lugs current carrying capacity

Can anyone help me in knowing current carrying capacity of cable lugs(eg. 10, 16, 25, 35, 50 Sq.mm etc.). along with Technical Spec.

Per UL Guide ZMVV all copper only wire terminations have an ampacity rating equal to the 90?C ampacity rating of the condcuctor.
