Cable on a 30 KVA transformer

Is it code to use cable on the secondary side of a 30KVA transformer located in a high bay. I found one it that does seem right.
 
What type "cable" ??
(Art 392 & 336 are two areas that might be applicable)
 
I look at a pic from another facility and i having trouble downing a pic.
It appears to be PVC coating with the correct size and number of wires. It's being held in place by a cord gripped.
I have always done conduit with flex going into the transformer.
 
336.10 Uses Permitted.
Type TC cable shall be permitted to be used as follows:
(1) For power, lighting, control, and signal circuits.

336.12 Uses Not Permitted.
Type TC tray cable shall not be installed or used as follows:
(1) Installed where it will be exposed to physical damage
(2) Installed outside a raceway or cable tray system, except as permitted in 336.10(4), 336.10(7), 336.10(9), and 336.10(10)
