I think that's primarily limited to hyperscale clouds (Microsoft, Google, Amazon...). We haven't seen any requests for that from our customer base, and making the change away from 208Y/120 would be difficult. There's a fair bit of telecom supplied gear that's still 120v only, and more than a handful of techs have plugged those gadgets into a customer's 208v power strip and released the magic smoke.
