Need some clarification regarding cable tray bonding per the following scenario:
We are installing 200 amp and 400 amp feeds from bus duct system to power panels. Cable used is 3/c with gr tray cable via aluminum cable tray. The tray is UL Listed as a Equipment Ground Conductor. Per Articles 392, 250.4 and 250.96 I am not sure if we are required to install a bond jumper from each respective bus plug and the cable tray. 250.4.A.3 suggests in my opinion that it should. We are terminating the ground in the tray cable at the bus plug and panel respectively.
