Someone more familiar with UL may find something I did not, but the UL listing number shown on their advertising pae (E161207) is listed as conduit and cable hardware (same as their straps are listed)

I found and posted what you found along with the program description.

Looking at the product however it looks much like Panduit's FiberRunner which is under UL's 2024A program here:

Interestingly, to me anyway, is that neither is under RJTX.
