im hooking up a 3phase 100amp 208v panel which is attached to a portable mockup. i plan on using a flexible cord w/ a pin and sleeve plug. i believe i need to use a 5 conductor cable listed in 400.5(B) to be able to handle the ampacity, considering table 400.5(a) listes 3 current conductor SO types as being able to handle only 80 amps. can anyone recommend which type to use from table 400.5(B). i think type ppe,g, and g-gc are the only multiconductor cables in that table? is there anybody out there

G-cable would work. It's rather spendy, though.
