CALIFORNIA exam tips?!?

I am looking for a sample exam online, but can't find anything free or legit! Any help would be much appreciated!!!!

Education usually isn't free. Mike Holt has many books, dvd, graphics and exams on his website some are free while others cost money. I suggest perusing his site. Mike Holt Site and then go to free stuff or wherever.
 
where in CA are you?
You may find local 1-2 day crash courses that specialize in exam preparation.

But as Dennis mentioned education is not FREE.
 
As your looking at the Mike Holt Site be sure to read in the "free" column, theres a journeyman and a master simulated
test that's ONLINE, and you can stop and come back to it, as I recall.

There's also free 10 question and paid quiz's available, for various levels of the trade.

Gleeu, the only suggestion I can make is to learn the code layout, and using the index to locate sections pertaining to the question. The second is, get Mike Holts exam guide, and go through the last section, which involves finding things in the code. I have taken the test twice, and it is maily involved with looking up items in the NEC. As I have said before, it is an extreemly easy test, and you will have no problem with it.
