The state will test you on all areas of the code. You need to have practiced on using the code book and getting familiar on how the book is set up and how to find code sections.

Which part of CA are you in? You may find a near bu private school that will offer a 2 day crash course on test preparation.

I have gone through a 5 year apprenticeship and have taken my Clark County Journeyman test here in Nevada. I know the code really well such as all the table of contents it's structure and can find relatively easy question quick. I am looking for additional information if anyone can assist with it. I heard there were like 7 versions so that is why I was asking.
