The details will make some difference. Some RVs are designed for 30 amp 125v or 50 amp 240v supplies neither of which are required to be GFCI.
A 15 or 20 amp 125v receptacle installed outdoors will need to be GFCI protected in almost all situations. If the RV is at a park (see def in Art 551) then 551.71 would requires any 15 or 20 amp 125v receptacles to be GFCI protected.
