Dose camper have to be on gfi breaker
Please give me reference in nec code book.

Take a look at 551.40(C) and 551.41(C). IMO they apply to the internal circuits of an RV, and not the supply.

It appears to me that if you had a 125V 15 or 20A receptacle as the supply, 210.8(B)(4) would apply.

The details will make some difference. Some RVs are designed for 30 amp 125v or 50 amp 240v supplies neither of which are required to be GFCI.
A 15 or 20 amp 125v receptacle installed outdoors will need to be GFCI protected in almost all situations. If the RV is at a park (see def in Art 551) then 551.71 would requires any 15 or 20 amp 125v receptacles to be GFCI protected.
