campground calculations

I am calculating a service for a new campground according to article 551-72 and table 551-73 and after derating my calculation it seems to be too low.
10-50amp sites (9600va ea.) 96000va
33-30amp sites (3600va ea.) 118800va

total 214800va
demand factor 41%

88068va/240v =
367amps
600 amp service
Is this correct?

Looks good to me.

Can you get a 400 amp service, or are you looking to support future expansion?

It's anyones guess as to what that camper might be.Some new motor homes have washer,dryer,micro,frig,coffee maker,electric skillet,2 ac maybe even 3.Then again they might have a lot of tents.And many turn into park models.I would suggest over kill and go with 600

This situation is similar to the Marina I am trying to correct now, where several boat slips have low voltage during peak demand.
You can use the de rating figures to size everything, but picture Memorial Day, the Forth of July, Labor Day etc. Park is full, every site has the A/C running full bore....they are going to have issues.
I would submit the quote using the minimum, & oversized calculations, along with prices. Explain the potential for less than satisfactory supply, during peak usage, and let them decide.
Then You know You've done all You can to inform them.
