Can 277 and 120 go in the same raceway

Let's say you have just 120/208. You can use Blk/Red/Blu for lighting & receps, Brn/Org/Yel for motors.

Or you could use BRB for unswitched conductors, and BOY that are switched.

210.5 Identification for Branch Circuits.

(A) Grounded Conductor. The grounded conductor of a
branch circuit shall be identified in accordance with 200.6.

(B) Equipment Grounding Conductor. The equipment
grounding conductor shall be identified in accordance with
250.119.

(C) Ungrounded Conductors. Where the premises wiring
system has branch circuits supplied from more than one
nominal voltage system, each ungrounded conductor of a
branch circuit shall be identified by phase or line and system
at all termination, connection, and splice points. The
means of identification shall be permitted to be by separate
color coding, marking tape, tagging, or other approved
means. The method utilized for conductors originating
within each branch-circuit panelboard or similar branchcircuit
distribution equipment shall be documented in a
manner that is readily available or shall be permanently
posted at each branch-circuit panelboard or similar branchcircuit
distribution equipment.

In mass we go by black red blue white for 120/208.
And brown orange yellow Grey for 277/480 volts

Outside of the grounded and grounding conductors you could wire a building with multiple voltages with all one color if you wish. You still need a way to identify system and phase which could be done with tape, tags, paint, or whatever. Grounded conductors can be all white or all gray but must still have some identification for the system they are a part of.

the question still remains, can black, white and green be the only colors used to wire an entire building with voltages systems of 120/208 and 277/480, using any and all methods in the NEC, and still satisfy all the NEC requirements?

The answer is in the code section I posted assuming you are under the 2008 NEC.

You could use white, green for their respective uses and use all pink for every other conductor in the building as long as you identified them by phase and system in some other way, tape, tags etc.
