Looking back nameplate in OP says 2.5kW - should only draw 11-12 amps, 25 amp breaker might be about right if it is motor load.
63 I mentioned before maybe a frame size?

I think you are right. Its probably the max frame size for 63 amps.
Keep in mind off brand Chinese products are 1 part translation fail 1 part playing by their own rules.
