Can you run ENT (Smurf Tube) in crawl space?

Hi guys, are you able to run ENT in crawl space. It seems that Article 362 allow you to run ENT in wet locations indoor above grade. And it doesn't allow exposed installation that is subject to physical damage. Is installation in crawl space subjected to physical damage?

I would not think any physical damage it would be run on or through the floor joists, correct?
