I need to run temp power for a house burn out house. The project may take as long as a year.can I run a pvc pipe on the ground next to the work site. It is for the pool and sprinkler system. do I have to find a way to fasten the pvc to the grass. Would this be an OSHA violation? The customer has underground sprinkler system does not want it cut???

Talk to your local AHJ to see what they will allow.

I would not accept any temp. wiring for a pool, there would be to much of chance of that wiring getting damaged during construction. check with your AHJ.
